I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Order are shipped same day or next day  Please allow 5-7  to received direct despatch items. Delivery date and time of very bulky items and furniture will be agreed with customer and delivered by a specialist courier.

Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after  3 working days of placing your order, please email with enquiries to info@mellorhome.co.uk

Do you ship outside the UK

Unfortunately we do not ship outside the UK at present but this may change in the future.

Do you accept returns

You have 30 days to send it back to us  your unused item for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please always include name  and order number in the returned parcels.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order before its posted. If the item is already sent you can't cancel but you can return it within 30 days for a full refund
