Postage

All orders are posted same day or next day except direct despatch orders. We do not operate a back order system and in the unlikely event that an item is purchased and is out of stock, that order will be refunded immediately. All in stock items excluding furniture are delivered in 3-5 working days excluding weekends and bank holidays.  Please allow 5-10 Working days for delivery of furniture and very large items. 

Our preferred postal partners are Royal Mail for small items and UPS for medium sized items. Delivery for very bulky items and furniture will  be through a specialist carrier and we will contact the customer before delivery. All orders sent through Royal mail and UPS will have a tracking number and shipping confirmation  which will be  emailed to the customer.

Claims

Any claim for damages/shortages or delivery failure must be given to the Company within three days of delivery. We require all of our customers to be extra vigilant when accepting deliveries. Where there are any damaged boxes or pallets, or missing cartons upon delivery, the couriers POD (Proof of Delivery) must be annotated accordingly, detailing the exact nature of the damage or the shortage. We cannot settle any claims where couriers POD’s are signed cleanly and fully intact. Breakages of less than one case will be credited not replaced. Title to all goods and products sold by the company shall remain with the company until such time as full payment for such goods and products has been received.

Terms

The Seller shall sell and the buyer shall purchase the goods in accordance with any written faxed, telephoned, emailed, online or other comparably communicated order to the buyer which is accepted by the seller. All such orders shall be accepted subject to these Terms & Conditions. No terms, conditions or reservations stipulated by the Buyer, the Buyer’s representative or the Buyer’s purchase order can annul or override the seller's Terms & Conditions.
